What makes Dolphin Island Park special is that the experience does not take place in a traditional swimming pool. From a private beach, you will take a boat to a platform in the sea, where you can meet and interact with the dolphins up close.
And the adventure does not end there. In addition to your dolphin experience, you can also snorkel with sharks and stingrays, giving you several unforgettable marine experiences in one excursion.
The entire excursion takes approximately 4 hours, from hotel pick up until your return.

DOLPHIN FAMILY EXPERIENCE
120 USD per person
If you are traveling with children or simply prefer a more relaxed and personal encounter with a dolphin, this is the program we recommend.
On the platform in the sea, you will have the opportunity to meet a dolphin up close and interact with it while discovering its playful personality, dances, jumps and acrobatic moves.
You will spend approximately 30 minutes with the dolphin.
Minimum height: 90 cm
Swimming skills are not required.
Smaller children must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the program.
The 120 USD price includes much more than just the dolphin encounter. Transfer from designated areas, the boat ride, access to the private beach, and snorkeling with sharks and stingrays are also included.
DOLPHIN ACTION
155 USD per person
If you would like to do more than simply meet a dolphin and are looking for a more active experience together, choose the Action program.
After kisses, gentle touches, playful interactions and acrobatic displays comes one of the most exciting moments of the experience. Holding onto the dolphin's dorsal fin, you will glide together through the waters of the Caribbean Sea.
You will spend approximately 40 minutes with the dolphin.
Minimum height: 110 cm
Swimming skills are required.
Children under 120 cm must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the program.
The price also includes transfer from designated areas, the boat ride, access to the private beach, and snorkeling with sharks and stingrays.
DOLPHIN ROYAL SWIM
195 USD per person
If you would like to make the most of your dolphin experience, choose the Royal Swim.
This is the most complete program, where you will be in the water with two dolphins at the same time.
During your encounter, you can enjoy several special interactions. Experience the dorsal tow and the spectacular foot push, where two dolphins propel you through the water by pushing against your feet. Jumps, acrobatics, kisses and playful interactions are also part of the experience.
You will spend approximately 50 minutes with the dolphins.
Each group has a maximum of 10 guests with two dolphins.
Minimum height: 120 cm
Swimming skills are required.
Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the program.
The price also includes transfer from designated areas, the boat ride, access to the private beach, and snorkeling with sharks and stingrays.
OBSERVER TICKET
50 USD per person
If you do not wish to participate in a dolphin program but would like to accompany a family member or friend, an observer ticket is also available.
Observers can accompany participants to the platform in the sea and can also take part in the snorkeling experience with sharks and stingrays.
A maximum of one observer ticket may be purchased for each guest participating in a dolphin program.
DEPARTURE TIMES
Dolphin Island Park programs are generally available in several time slots, with morning, midday and early afternoon departures.
Typical program start times are approximately 8:00–9:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
Exact program start and hotel pick-up times may vary depending on the selected program, your accommodation, the day of your visit and availability.
When you book with us, we will always check the available options for your chosen date. Your exact hotel pick-up time will be provided with your booking confirmation.
TRANSFERS
Transfers from the Bávaro area are included in the program price.
Transfers from Uvero Alto are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Transfers from Cabeza de Toro are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Transfers from Cap Cana and Bayahibe can also be arranged, but an additional transportation fee applies. Please contact us before booking for the current transfer price.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The entire excursion takes approximately 4 hours.
There is no separate children's price. Participation depends primarily on meeting the minimum height requirement for the selected program.
Family Experience: minimum 90 cm
Action: minimum 110 cm
Royal Swim: minimum 120 cm
Mobile phones and personal cameras are not permitted during the dolphin experience. Professional photographs are taken during the program and can be purchased separately on site.
Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the dolphin programs.
WHICH PROGRAM SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?
If you are traveling with children or are not a confident swimmer, the Family Experience may be the right choice for you.
If you would like to swim with a dolphin and are looking for a more active experience, choose the Action program.
If you want the most complete experience, with two dolphins, a foot push and other special interactions, choose the Royal Swim.
